چکیده
This study aims to analyze the processing of chitosan-pectin biocomposite hydrogel with addition citric acid improve quality for primary wound dressing applications. The method is printing biopolymer solution in a glass mold, then drying at 50oC. Chitosan 90.2% DD and pectin dissolved 1% acetic ratio (w/w) 50:50. two ingredients were mixed using magnetic stirrer room temperature 30 minutes until completely dissolved, added crosslinking agent various concentrations 2,4, 6,8,10 (%). test results characteristics chitosan-pectin-acid Citrate obtained best thickness composition variation (50:50:8) 0.31 mm. analysis absorption chitosan-pectin-citric on (50:50:6) 185%. In swelling biocomposite, (50:50:10) was 403%. tensile strength decreased acid, 20.76 MPa, elongation 76.0%. Test functional group chitosan-pectin-CaCl2 presence O-H, C-H, N-H bonds fact wavelength 4000-2500 cm-1, C=O, C=N, C=C 2000 -1500, specific 400-1400 cm-1 indicates that resulting membrane tends be polar, hydrophilic environmentally friendly because it can degraded. Based expected results, shown has potential applied as an ideal healing protection.

متن کاملHydrogels for Biomedical Applications: Cellulose, Chitosan, and Protein/Peptide Derivatives
Hydrogels based on polysaccharide and protein natural polymers are of great interest in biomedical applications and more specifically for tissue regeneration and drug delivery. Cellulose, chitosan (a chitin derivative), and collagen are probably the most important components since they are the most abundant natural polymers on earth (cellulose and chitin) and in the human body (collagen). Pepti...
